  • The item must not have been used, altered, or installed.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Requests made after the 30-day refund period

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product,

  • We will inspect the item and, if the issue is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

5. Returns

  • Customers are responsible for returning items to our store unless otherwise agreed.
  • Returned iReturned items are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.
